"Where do I begin?! Lisa and Sherry and Larry were absolutely amazing hosts for our wedding. They treated us like family and helped made our wedding weekend so special. The grounds were stunning and the gardens were in full bloom. The loft, the studio and the coach house were decorated beautifully. Our wedding was so much more than I could have imagined because of our amazing hosts. Even the pony and beautiful Grady made an appearance for photos. Harry and I will remember this weekend forever and we are so appreciative of all the help and support that Lisa and Sherry and Larry provided to us and our family and friends. Everyone had an amazing time and it was just perfect! Thank you so much to Lisa and Sherry and Larry for being a part of our special day!” ~ Alyssa & Harry
It goes without saying, but we know that Vashon Field and Pond will always have a special place in our hearts. Lisa's place is a real life dream come true, complete with beautiful blooms, quiet forests, and endless waterfront. Given local restrictions with the COVID-19 pandemic, we ended up planning a mini wedding -- but, we can only imagine how majestic a full-sized wedding would be on these beautiful grounds! We also loved working with Lisa to plan our big day. In the months leading up to our wedding, Lisa was always quick to answer any of our questions over email/phone and offer up different suggestions when we needed to get creative. She is the most gracious host, and I know she worked tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate with all of our vendors and make sure that everything went smoothly on our big day! As a bride, I was truly able to navigate the day without a single worry on my mind. Our wedding was even more perfect that we could have imagined, and we owe it to Lisa for opening her doors to us and our families. Thank you, Lisa! Andrea Sohn & Harbin Kim
