To facilitate your planning, the following people and vendors have experience at Vashon Field and Pond and do great work. The vendors listed below know the venue, are familiar with the details of hosting events on Vashon, and offer spot-on service.
Lisa DeFaccio 206.498.4359 As the on-site manager of the venue, Lisa provides 3 hours of event planning, coordination and consultation with your rental of the venue, including meeting vendors for set-ups, transporting gear to/from the beach area, barn or parking area, and generally lending a hand as needed during your event. She will be your on-site "go to person" the day of your event to assure things flow smoothly, monitor the details, coordinate and assist, and/or be on call as runner for last minute "emergencies". For those who want to handle many of the details themselves but want affordable assistance with some aspects of planning and coordination, additional services can be "a la carte" at an hourly rate, or bid as a package. (Quotes available upon request.)
